Solid Block Footings
Our sheds are leveled using solid 8"x16" concrete blocking. Keeping your shed slightly elevated off the ground helps prevent rot and insect damage.
LP Smart Side Wall Panels
We use LP Smartside for our shed walls. It is preferred over the T1-11 most sheds are made of, it is pre primed in tan and is painted your choice of over 1000 colors. Whether you want to match your house or just want your favorite color we can make it happen.
2x6 Floor Joists 16"oc and 3/4" RTD Plywood Floor Sheathing
We use 2x6 floor joist in all our sheds. Most other shed companies use 2x4 joists. Add 3/4" plywood subfloors and you get a strong floor system.
16" on center walls and rafterS. DOUBLE TOP PLATES. 2X6 HEADERS OVER DOORS. CEILING JOISTS 48" ON CENTER.
Free Onsite Installation
We build every shed on site at your home. Some people have a fenced in yard making delivery of a shed impossible. We walk all materials in through your gate. Installs typically take 2 days weather permitting.
White No Maintenance PVC Trim AND 8X8 GABLE VENTS STANDARD ON EVERY SHED
You can't go wrong with PVC trim it looks great, doesn't rot and never needs to be painted. Ventilation is through 8x8 white aluminum vents located on both sides of the shed.
30 Year Architectural Shingles
We offer 4 color option for shingles, charcoal black, pewter grey, shake wood brown and weathered wood brown. During your in person consultation we will go over all personalization options including shingle color and window and door placement
